Consider these possibilities that:
- It is your destiny to be peace, joy, & love – all you have to do is accept it.
- When you find & get to know yourself, you will love who you are.
- Your thoughts,feelings & emotions are not your Master. You are the Master of your thoughts.
- Everything that happens in your life is your destiny & you are meant to experience these events as they occur.
- If you let go of fear & guilt you find only Presence & therefore Love because fear is about the future & guilt is about the past. Neither of these two emotions exist in the Now, only love exists.
- Peace, joy & love start from within. You cannot look outwardly for these.
- Everyone of us is here for a specific reason – to give our individual gift or genius to the world – to live our purpose on this earth for the good of mankind & our planet.
Every one of us has genius – Yes! Every single one of us.

In finding unconditional self love, people will become clearer on their life’s purpose. Patrick’s talks and teachings involve the listeners. Patrick also has a 10 month programme for groups whether corporates or a group of individuals. The teachings involve processes and interaction. Patrick incorporates music, nature and varying techniques to help people learn experientally and therefore change from the inside out.
