It’s Not Enough

It’s Not Enough…

 

 

It’s not enough just to live,

rather live and love.

It’s not enough just to know,

rather know and share your knowing.

It’s not enough to make your own way for your own good,

Rather make your way with all in mind.

You see life can only be lived to the fullest,

when we see that it is far beyond us.

That we are here to give without condition and in return we will receive.

That we are here to love without condition and in turn we will be loved.

That we all have a genius to share in the world,

and by not sharing it we negate ourselves.

So search your heart and acknowledge your soul,

It can only mean a life that is beautiful and whole.

Money is Just Energy

Join Patrick in 2 mornings of interactive teaching and learning about the concept of money being energy and how to attract abundance in our lives.  It all starts with knowing ourselves, having an abundance consciousness and matching our values with our dreams.  There will always be enough for everyone but most of us cannot accept this and so we try to control the “enough-ness.” And as with any energy, when we create unnatural pressure we strangle our flow of abundance.

Values and Wishes

How many of us live other people’s lives?  Do you?  Have you truly looked at your wishes/desires/goals and your values and do they tie up or compliment each other? Society is so driven by the next best thing to buy, have or do in order to be something that we all are caught up in this back to front way of living.  We have desires which are not really true to ourselves and we chase the end point all the time without allowing ourselves to experience and learn from the journey. We want instant gratification – an end result.

 

When we find who we are and we learn to love that person, we realise that we just have to Be.  And by Being we end up Doing what we love and we Have all that we desire.      

 

 

 

Our Greatest Fear

 

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.

Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

It is our light not our darkness that most frightens us.

We ask ourselves, who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented and fabulous?

Actually, who are you not to be?

You are a child of God.

Your playing small does not serve the world.

There’s nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you.

We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us.

It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone.

And as we let our own light shine,

we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.

As we are liberated from our own fear,

Our presence automatically liberates others.

Find Yourself

We spend everyday immersed in our thoughts which are based on our perceptions and result in our emotions and behaviour. We need to “re- member” that we have about 50000 thoughts a day and most of them are illusionary and do not serve us.  We need to learn to choose to pay attention only to those thoughts that are inspiration and to quieten the impact of those that do not serve us. We have the choice as we are the Masters of our thoughts, emotions and feelings – they are not our master.

Ways To Change

So when was the last time that you recognized how beautiful you truly are – and I mean beautiful in the non – ego sense.  It is such an amazing process to nurture, love and care for yourself as you would any child – to self love.  I would like you to repeat these affirmations 3 times:

 

“I deeply love and completely accept myself “

“I love my true self from top to bottom “

“I am magnificent “

 

I want to ask you a favour – please remember to say these affirmations even when you really cannot believe them – especially when you cannot believe them.  You will be amazed at how they change your life.  In order for the world to acknowledge and value you, you need to do this for yourself.  It is also true that if you are able to appreciate and love who you are you can only appreciate and love those you come in contact with.
